Fivelii is built around private reflection. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Your account email and name, timezone, the alignments, actions, notes, metrics and check-ins you enter, and basic technical logs needed to run the service.
Your daily alignments and notes are visible only to you. Founders see their workspace's scoreboard, team and check-ins. Contractors see only their own outcomes and check-ins plus the company's weekly outcomes.
When an Identity Audit or reflection runs, a summary of your recent states, actions and metrics is sent to our AI provider to generate the insight. It is not used to train public models.
Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers.
You can export all of your data (JSON or CSV) and permanently delete your account at any time from Settings.
Data is kept while your account exists, including during read-only periods, and removed when you delete your account.
